Francesco – Manager, Director

Christophe – Adjoint Direction

As Deputy Director, my role at ACFT is to support the ACFT Director, working closely with management to ensure the company's development aligns with our values ​​and adheres to the established strategy.

I also handle sales activities in addition to those carried out by the business unit managers.

This comprehensive role allows me to support the CEO in all aspects of their responsibilities and to be consulted on the company's strategic decisions.

It also allows me to maintain an operational focus, working closely with the Business Unit Managers and their teams, as well as with the market and our clients.

My contribution to the company's growth is driven by a constant commitment to sustainable development, in line with ACFT's values.

Alexandre – Calculation activity manager

As head of the calculation department, I guide and support the teams in their technical calculation tasks, ensuring effective coordination and high-quality results.

We work across numerous sectors on increasingly diverse and complex projects, allowing us to cultivate our versatility and adaptability.

My goal is to create a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive while guaranteeing client satisfaction by providing reliable solutions tailored to their needs and current standards.

I support team members in their development and ensure that communication between different departments is smooth, in order to optimally integrate calculations into projects.

Nicolas – Head of Mechanical Engineering and Design Office

As the head of mechanical engineering studies at ACFT, I ensure the smooth operation of my department by managing both its technical and managerial aspects. My objectives are:

• Customer satisfaction,
• Profitability of my department,
• The well-being of my team.

My department and I are committed to a project where my colleagues will thrive in their roles while delivering expertise, performance, and efficiency to our clients. This will, in turn, strengthen ACFT's added value.

Alexandre – Head of Metal Construction Activity

With my team, I work on the commercial and technical development of our business, guaranteeing clients high-quality professional support, always respecting ACFT's values.

As the manager of the business and my team, and also concerned about their well-being, I base my management style on open communication and everyone's participation in projects to achieve the common goal of our department: client satisfaction—and therefore, our own.

For me, a team's success hinges on clear objectives, effective communication, mutual trust, maximum productivity, shared values, a sense of belonging, and recognition. As the guarantor of my team's results, I pay close attention to ensuring these keys to success are shared and respected daily, with the aim of providing the best possible service to our clients.

Christophe – General Installation Manager

As Head of General Installation, I develop this business and manage my team of drafters and designers to ensure optimal service quality for our clients.

This position provides a comprehensive overview of my work and allows me to utilize a variety of skills, combining commercial and technical expertise.

I am responsible for the results of my department, the goal being to perform well while respecting the company's objectives in terms of growth, quality, profitability and employee well-being.

Jean- Marc – Technical Manager Automatism, Electircity & Instrumentation

As the EIA (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation) technical lead, I manage a team of automation engineers, electricians, and instrumentation specialists to ensure high-quality service for our clients, as well as the profitability and sustainability of the service.

My role also primarily involves developing skills and strengthening my team. To achieve this, I engage my colleagues by fostering their commitment to ACFT's mission and values.
